1. Introduction

AI Expert Solutions is a registered trade name (DBA) of Task Trail LLC. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any references to “AI Expert Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Task Trail LLC doing business as AI Expert Solutions.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by AI Expert Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AI Expert Solutions offers artificial intelligence (AI)-related solutions for businesses, including but not limited to automation, AI integration, data processing, and consulting. The scope and nature of services will be defined in a written agreement or proposal prior to project commencement.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in the state of California to use our services.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are as stated in our proposals or invoices and must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges. Work may be paused or terminated for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by AI Expert Solutions during the provision of services remains the property of AI Expert Solutions until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership may be transferred to the client as specified in the service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests for project needs.

Ensure any provided data complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Expert Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI Expert Solutions does not guarantee specific business outcomes or performance metrics.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
